About the job:
Yandex Go is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to respond to customer queries, make outbound calls, and gather customer feedback. Apply if you have a passion for helping people and good problem-solving and conflict management skills.
You will be responsible for:
- Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner via phone and chat
- Sharing feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
- Gathering customer feedback and share it with our product, sales, and marketing teams
You might be a fit if you have:
- Passion for helping people and communicating with them
- Good problem-solving and conflict management skills
- Strong writing and verbal skills in English and Russian languages (Arabic is desirable). You should be able to write quickly and accurately
